Requirements

• Provide a detailed training programme for seven participants, on-site at JTC offices, with all materials, assessments, certificates, qualified/accredited facilitators, and a post-training report.
• Pricing must be firm, in SA rand, VAT-inclusive; no price increases; delivery included; payment via official purchase order.
• Compliance: valid BBBEE status (certificate or affidavit) and CSD registration; valid Tax Clearance; municipal accounts for clients as applicable; MBD forms completed.
• Evaluation: 80/20 (price 80; specific goals 20) with specific goals including designated groups (Black, Women, Black Youth, People with Disabilities) and locality within City of Johannesburg; proof required (BBBEE/CSD, municipal proof).
• Returnable documents must be attached; no email submissions; sealed envelope submissions only.
• If awarded, a service level agreement with JTC may be required.

• Submissions must be labeled with RFQ JTC0010/2026-27 and closing time; addressed to THE ACCOUNTING OFFICER, JTC.
• Documents to submit (besides quotation on company letterhead): pricing schedule; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; Tax Clearance; CSD number; completed RFQ including MBDs; Municipal accounts (company and directors) or lease/affidavit; certifications valid within 3 months.
• Briefing: N/A (no briefing session).
• Pre-qualification: get accredited on the Central Supplier Database; ensure VAT status if applicable.
