Overview

Procurement of computer training services to conduct basic and advanced computer literacy programmes for Chris Hani Health District. Target bidders are training providers with SETA accreditation and qualified facilitators/assessors/moderators, registered training providers, and the ability to deliver Microsoft Office 365 Suite and technical IT skills training. The ECDoH will provide venues; bidders must supply materials and catering as specified, and submit online via etenders (see attached bid document).

Requirements

• Be a legal entity or approved consortium/JV; provide JV agreement if applicable.
• Proof of registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN) or CSD number; provide separate TCS for joint ventures or sub-contractors.
• Complete and sign all mandatory forms (SBD1, SBD4; Schedule B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I as applicable).
• Facilitators/assessors/moderators must be qualified and SETA-accredited; provide CVs and proof of registration.
• Provide project plan, implementation plan, training manuals (summarised), course content, and pricing breakdown by training package.
• Ensure compliance with conditions on safety, health, and venue use; provide catering as specified.
• Functionality criteria (minimum 65/100 points to qualify for price evaluation) including evidence of Microsoft Office training experience, course accreditation, facilitator qualifications, administration capacity, and training materials.
