Overview

Procurement of professional services to support on‑premises and Oracle cloud environments, totaling 250 hours, for the Marine Living Resources Fund. Bidders should have IT/Cloud consulting capabilities, with Windows/Linux expertise, OCI tenancy, security and networking, and hold an Oracle Field Delivery Partner certificate.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD/MAAA supplier number.
• Provide valid Tax Clearance Certificate (or SARS Tax Compliance Status) and, if VAT registered, include VAT details.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (SBD 6.1) or proof.
• Certificate: Oracle Field Delivery Partner (as part of qualifications).
• Complete and sign standard bidding documents: SBD 1, 2, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1, and related SBDs; pricing must align with the Pricing Schedule.
• Offer must cover 250 hours of professional services for on‑prem and cloud environments; quote according to RFQ requirements (not just resources).
• Submit two-part proposal (technical and pricing) and include evidence for any specific-goals claimed under PPPFA 2022 (80/20 system, with up to 20 specific-goals points).

• Documents to submit: two-part bid (technical and pricing); SBD forms (1, 2, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1); Tax Clearance, CSD/MAAA supplier number, CK1/entity docs, IDs for directors/owners, Letter of Authority; evidence for preference points (SBD 6.1) and any required proof.
