Overview

Procurement of 2x ready-to-use SYBR Green qPCR master mix for the Fisheries Management branch/MLRF (DFFE), with delivery to the Marine Research Aquarium; only Western Cape service providers will be considered. (rfq0001277.26.27_supplyanddeliversybrgreenqpcrmastermix.pdf)

Requirements

• Western Cape-based suppliers only; stock must be available for immediate delivery on PO.
• Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have a valid tax clearance.
• Complete and submit all required SBD forms: SBD1, SBD2, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1.
• Provide tax clearance or Tax Compliance Status, CK1/Entity registration, and authority to sign for the company.
• Sign official contracts if awarded: SBD 7.1 (purchase of goods/works) and related SBD forms; adherence to GCC/SCC where applicable.
• Delivery timeframe: delivery within 60 days of receiving the Purchase Order.
• Payment: within 30 days of receipt of valid tax invoice and approved deliverables.
• All quotations must be inclusive of VAT and submitted via the official RFQ process; no late or hand-delivered bids.
