Overview

The Department of Cogta seeks to appoint a service provider to deliver a Leadership in Governance training program for the Department of Cogta Men's Forum, for 26 officials. Bidders should be training providers with SETA accreditation, proven governance/leadership training experience, and compliance with tax, CSD, and BBBEE requirements to qualify for preference points.

Requirements

• Service provider must be registered and accredited with the relevant SETA and provide proof.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience; supply a company profile with registration number.
• Facilitator(s) must hold at least NQF level 6; provide CV and proof of qualification.
• Submit a course manual and programme for the 3-day training duration.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; submission of TCS certificate if available; if part of a consortium, each party must have separate TCS/CSD.
• If not using a TCS PIN, provide CSD number; bidders not on CSD may be disqualified.
• BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) is required to claim preference points.
• Preference points are allocated under the 80/20 system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals); evidence of 51%+ black ownership is required to claim the specific-goals points.
• The successful bidder will sign a written contract (SBD7); pricing must be on official forms and be firm (VAT inclusive).
