REQUEST TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT PROJECT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR 42 COGTA EMPLOYEES FROM PROGRAMME 3.

Overview

Provision of in-house Project and Contract Management training for 42 COGTA employees from Programme 3. KwaZulu-Natal COGTA invites a South African-based service provider with public-sector training capability to bid. Bidders must be tax compliant, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide Tax Compliance Status, and meet SETA accreditation where applicable. The bid is subject to PFMA, PPPFA Regulations 2022 and GCC, and may require signing the SBD7 contract.

Requirements

• SA-based service provider; tax compliance; CSD registration or Tax Compliance Status; SETA accreditation as applicable.
• Course duration: 3 working days; target group: 42 COGTA employees; provide course manual and programme.
• Minimum 3 years’ training experience in Project/Contract Management with two reference letters; provide company profile.
• Facilitator(s) must have NQF level 6 or above; submit CV and proof of qualification.
• Service provider must be accredited with relevant SETA; submit proof.
• Submit firm pricing (Pricing Schedule); 120-day validity; complete SBD forms and tender disclosures; provide B-BBEE proof.
• Compliance declarations and contract readiness (PFMA/PPPFA/GCC); sign SBD7 if awarded.
