Overview

The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment seeks a service provider to render armed response to electronic intruder detection alarm systems, install intruder CCTV cameras, monitor CCTV after hours, and maintain the entire security electronic system at Paarden Eiland for 36 months. Requirements

• PSIRA registration and SAIDSA registration.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in 24/7 armed response and CCTV projects; local control room within 20 km of Paarden Eiland.
• Provision of a CCTV equipment list and proof of installation capabilities; provide one-off installation costs and monthly operating expenses.
• No subcontracting; ability to fulfill the RFQ without third-party subcontracting.
• Required registrations and compliance: CSD registration, valid tax clearance, and tax matters in order.
• MLRF Oracle ERP registration within seven days of notification (post-award).
• Completion of Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, 2, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1); SBD 6.1 for PPPFA points.
• 24/7 coverage with a maximum 5-minute reaction time; maintain incident records and attend to site as required.
