Overview

The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment seeks to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver safety and operations materials as per attached Annexure A. Open tender limited to suppliers in Gauteng and Free State; bidders must be registered on the CSD; the successful bidder will sign a written Contract Form (SBD 7).

Requirements

• Suppliers must operate in Gauteng or Free State.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submit original Tax Clearance Certificate (SBD 2) and provide a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (SBD 6.1).
• Provide VAT Registration Number where applicable.
• Bids must be submitted on official RFQ forms and include the SBD 7 contract form.
