Overview

Request to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver safety protective clothing, as per attached Annexure A. This RFQ targets Western Cape-based PPE suppliers to supply and deliver protective clothing, with compliance to PPPFA 2022, GCC, and any special conditions. Suppliers should be registered on the CSD and submit on official forms; may be required to sign a contract (SBD 7).

Requirements

• Western Cape Province only (RFQ条件)
• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
• Submission of original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate (SBD 2)
• Submission of B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (SBD 6.1)
• All responses must be on official RFQ forms and subject to PPPFA 2022, GCC, and any special conditions
