Overview

Procurement of a new five-year Development, Support and Licence Maintenance Agreement for the BeyondTrust Remote Support System for SITA. Bidders should be OEM/OSM or an accredited BeyondTrust partner/distributor for the proposed solution (note: OEM/OSM using a partner/distributor model is not eligible). Compulsory briefing is on 2026-09-08 via Microsoft Teams; responses submitted through the SITA Supplier Oracle ERP portal (no hard copies).

Requirements

• Bidder must be an Original Software Manufacturer (OSM)/Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an accredited BeyondTrust Partner/Reseller/Distributor; no OEMs via indirect partner channels. (Bid Specification)
• Bidder must be a registered BeyondTrust partner with internal resources at Functional Application Support (FAS), Junior Technical Developer and Senior Technical Developer levels. (Bid Specification)
• Bidder must be a registered supplier on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet tax compliance requirements (SARS PIN or CSD). (Bid Document)
• Completion and acceptance of Third-Party Risk Management Assessment (Annex B) and Declaration of Acceptance. (Bid Specification)
• Bidder must accept ALL Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and related GCC; formal contract will follow award. (Bid Document)
• Mandatory attendance at the virtual briefing session; non-attendance leads to disqualification. (Bid Document)
