Overview

Printing of standard awareness day booklets for Statistics South Africa; bidders with printing/graphic services capacity should consider bidding. Requirements

• VAT registration if applicable; ensure pricing is exclusive of VAT while totals include VAT.
• B-BBEE: submit appropriate status verification certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for preference points (EMEs & QSEs).
• Complete and submit the official bid forms: SBD1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD3.1 (Firm Pricing), SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD6.1 (Preference Points Claim).
• If successful, the award will require a written contract (SBD7).
