Overview

Procurement of maintenance and support for Archive Content Manager Enabler (ACME) software for the Department of Defence (DOD) for a period of three years. Bidders should have ACME/OpenText Content Manager maintenance experience, be on the OpenText Contract Framework, and meet POPIA/ISO standards with capability for 24x7 support, upgrades, DR testing, and PostgreSQL DB maintenance. Requirements

• OpenText ACME maintenance including 1st/2nd/3rd line support, patches, upgrades, DR testing, and PostgreSQL DB maintenance.
• Full compliance with Service Levels (availability 100%), 24/7 incident response, and SLA-based fault logging.
• Only bidders registered on the OpenText Contract Framework; valid accreditation or POPIA regulator registration (or SA Information Regulator).
• At least one ACME maintenance/implementation engagement in the last 5 years; provide client references and proof of OpenText agreement.
• Acceptance of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and GCC; security clearance for personnel (Confidential level, or process to obtain); confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements; ISO/IEC quality standards (ISO/27001, ISO 9001) and POPIA compliance.
• Preference/BBBEE provisions and local content goals to be evidenced per Annex A; ongoing audit and reporting requirements.
