Overview

Procurement of two-day in-person training on Supply Chain Management, Supplier and Stakeholder Relationship Management for Johannesburg Tourism Company. Bids are sought from accredited training providers with LGSETA/ETQA accreditation, capable of delivering to about 24 delegates over two two-day sessions (total four days) at Sandton.

Requirements

• Quote on ALL items; firm prices; prices inclusive of VAT; no price increases.
• Accreditation with LGSETA/ETQA (compulsory).
• Central Supplier Database registration and SARS tax clearance; current municipal accounts for bidder and directors; or valid lease/sworn affidavit where applicable.
• Returnable documents: MBD3.3 pricing schedule, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; CSD report not older than 3 months.
• Delivery: in-person training; labour for off-loading/delivery included.
• Duration: four total training days (two days per session) for approx. 24 delegates (two groups) (see FORM E; (JTC0013-2026-27.pdf)).
• Evaluation: 80/20 price vs specific empowerment goals (designated groups/SMME/JHB jurisdiction), with proof required (BBBEE, CSD, etc.).

• Submission deadline: 16 October 2026 at 10:00; submit in a sealed bid/tender box at Sandton Library Offices (West Street, Sandton) (RFQ JTC0013/2025-26). No late submissions.
• Submission method: sealed envelopes clearly labeled with description and reference number.
• Documents to submit: completed pricing schedule (MBD3.3) and all returnable documents listed above; current CSD; municipal accounts for bidder and directors.
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: LGSETA/ETQA accreditation; CSD registration; SARS tax clearance.
