REQUEST TO TEST BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANS FOR FOUR PORTS OF ENTRY. The Border Management Authority seeks quotations from service providers to test BCM at four ports of entry, with responses due 14 August 2026. Ideal bidders are those with experience in business continuity planning testing, BCM assessments, risk analysis, and related professional services, able to deliver per the RFQ H004L2708RFQ00127.

Requirements

• Tax/compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; if part of a consortium, separate TCS/Pin for each party; ensure tax clearance.
• Submission requirements: bids via the designated e-tender platform; use official forms (SBD1, SBD3 pricing schedule, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7); pricing valid for 120 days.
• Insurance and security: professional indemnity insurance minimum of R160 million; performance security within 30 days of award.
• BBBEE/ownership: complete BBBEE or sworn affidavit; claim points under the 80/20 (or 90/10 if applicable) framework; provide supporting documentation.
• Documentation and governance: compliance with GCC and SCC; disclosure forms (SBD4, SBD7.1) and related declarations; adherence to PFMA SCM rules.
