Overview

This RFQ seeks travel management services to facilitate Johannesburg Tourism Company’s participation at IBTM World 2026 in Barcelona, Spain (17–19 November 2026). Suitable, registered travel management providers are invited to bid to source, book and pay for accommodation, flights, airport shuttles, visa fees, travel insurance and related logistics for JTC’s IBTM World attendance (including stand-related arrangements).

Requirements

• Travel management provider registered and suitably qualified; evidence via CSD, SARS tax clearance, VAT status.
• Quote on ALL items in the pricing schedule; prices in SA Rand, inclusive of VAT, firm and not subject to mid-term increases.
• Complete and submit mandatory documentation:Pricing schedule; MBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 8, 9; Declaration on State of Municipal Accounts; current CSD; municipal accounts for bidder and all directors not older than 90 days or valid leases; copies of all mandatory docs.
• Comply with municipal/state procurement requirements (no conflicts of interest; not listed on National Treasury databases; compliant tax status).
• Service scope includes Accommodation, Flights, Return Shuttle, Visa fees, Travel Insurance, and Stand Build (SAACI) in support of IBTM World; adherence to Circular 97 and price containment.
