The City of Johannesburg invites quotations for travel management services to facilitate Johannesburg Tourism Company's participation at the ICCA Congress (7-11 November 2026) in Panama City, Panama. The service provider will source, book and facilitate travel logistics including accommodation, flights, airport shuttles, Congress registration, visa fees (if applicable) and travel insurance for JTC officials.

• Compliance with Circular 97 and better pricing principle; no upfront payments; strict adherence to accepted specification
