Overview

Procurement of a Professional Business Coaching Programme to develop professionally accredited coaching competencies. Eligible bidders are training providers with International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ACSTH Level 1 accreditation, able to deliver a face-to-face programme in Gauteng (Around Pretoria) over at least 3 months; must submit accreditation certificates.

Requirements

• Accreditation from ICF and ACSTH (Level 1) and submission of certificates.
• Programme delivered face-to-face; minimum duration of 3 months.
• Content focusing on core coaching competencies, ethics, leadership coaching, and related topics; within a Gauteng venue.
• 15 CDP points upon completion.
• Bidder must submit formal quotation on company letterhead, include VAT where applicable, CSD MAAA number, banking details.
• Compliance: tax PIN/TCS via SARS or CSD number; all SBDs completed and signed; CSD check at closing time.
• Preference points: 80/20 system; up to 20 points for Specific Goals (e.g., >50% ownership by Black people, women, or people with disabilities); documentation required to claim points (SBD6.1, medical certificate for disability, SANAS/CIPC B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CIPC Ownership Certificate).
• Rights reserved: DFFE may request additional information, negotiate price, or not award the contract.
• All bids must meet the stated specification; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
