Overview

Procurement of Tryptose Phosphate broth powder (10 kg) for ARC Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute. Requirements

• Bidders may be scored on specific goals (HDI, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE, SMMEs) under an 80/20 or 90/10 preference framework.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms must be included.
• Price quotations must be emailed to the ARC contact given.
• Provide warranty details or applicable service documentation where relevant.
• Prices must be in ZAR, VAT inclusive, covering delivery, insurance, taxes, etc.
• Quotes must be valid for the period stated in the tender; no price adjustments after submission.
• ARC may conduct due diligence and benchmark prices; terms may be accepted or rejected.
