Overview

The University of KwaZulu-Natal seeks to appoint a panel of law firms to provide legal services on an ad hoc basis. Bidders should be law firms capable of providing legal services; BBBEE requirements apply as per UKZN Procurement Policy. The panel uses a fixed tariff for services rather than open pricing.

Requirements

• Pricing: fixed tariff for the panel.
• Bid documents available online after payment; proof of payment of R1000 required to access documents.
• Submission must be electronic; no hard copies, facsimile, or late bids.
• Compulsory bid returnables will be set out in the bid document; bids may be accepted in whole or part.
• If not contacted within 120 working days after closing date, consider the tender unsuccessful.
