Overview

The SARB is seeking market information via an RFI for a Data Privacy and Cookie Management Tool. Eligible service providers with enterprise-wide data privacy capabilities, cookie/consent management, and POPIA/compliance experience should consider responding; focus on scalable deployment, data subject requests, and evidence-based governance across the SARB Group.

Requirements

• Complete SRTs: SRT1 (Particulars of supplier), SRT2 (Undertaking of Confidentiality), and SRT3 (Supplier’s Response) and sign the confidentiality undertaking (download-doc).
• Comply with POPIA and SARB privacy obligations; handle personal information confidentially and limit disclosure (download-doc).
• Submit responses via the SARB e-Sourcing portal by 30 September 2026 14:00; if portal access fails, request permission to submit by email (download-doc).
• Expect information-only engagement; no contract guarantees from this RFI; potential RFQ/RFP may follow (download-doc).
• Provide solution capabilities, licensing/support models, deployment considerations, references, and pricing approach in SRT3 (download-doc).
