Overview

RFI to design and implement an individualized total rewards statement solution, integrating with Sage 300 People to produce repeatable, secure annual statements for employees. This RFI is for suppliers with Total Rewards Statement capabilities, Sage 300 People integration experience, data-security and POPIA/compliance controls, and South African-based support. It is issued by the Competition Commission of South Africa to inform a potential procurement process; this is not a binding contract.

Requirements

• Provide information on solution capability, deployment model, integration options, indicative costs, timelines, information-security controls, and ongoing support (as per RFI). (see attached RFI PDF)
• Demonstrate relevant experience with at least three comparable Total Rewards Statement projects; include Sage 300 People integration capability.
• Detail data transfer options (automation and controlled manual), data-mitness, validation, reconciliation, and governance.
• Describe security, privacy and access controls (POPIA compliance, encryption, IAM, MFA, incident management, hosting, data location, continuity).
• Outline implementation approach, milestones, training, support model, and exit/portability provisions.
• Provide indicative one-off and recurring costs for planning (pricing is for market analysis only, not a bid). (see Pricing section in PDF)
