Overview

This RFP seeks proposals for the supply of 12 Cisco Catalyst 9200L network switches (48-port PoE+, 4x 10G uplinks) with SmartNet and DNA licenses, 12x 10GBASE-SR SFP modules, and 12x stacking kits, plus required licenses. Bidders should be IT service providers/equipment suppliers with networking hardware capabilities, Namibian registration, and the ability to meet procurement, warranty, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Technical/operational: Provide 12x Cisco Catalyst 9200L (or newer supported version if discontinued), 12x 10GBASE-SR SFPs, 12x stacking kits; Cisco SmartNet and DNA Essentials licenses; authenticity guarantee for hardware/software.
• Additional factors: After-sales service details; female equity representation; entity profile and client references may boost ranking.
• Contract/price: VAT-inclusive prices; pricing fixed for 3 months; adherence to General Conditions of Contract and Scope.
