Overview

Supply and Delivery of Audio Visual Equipment to Edgewood staff meeting venue. The University of KwaZulu-Natal seeks AV equipment suppliers to provide and deliver gear for Edgewood campus meetings. Evaluated on price (80%) and BBBEE (20%); BBBEE policy applies. English bid documents; electronic submission only.

Requirements

• BBBEE compliant bid in line with policy (80/20 weighting on price vs BBBEE).

• Capability to supply and deliver standard AV equipment to Edgewood venue.

• English-language bid documents; returnables clearly stipulated in the bid document.

• No hard-copy submissions; bids must be submitted electronically on or before the closing time.

• The University may choose any portion of a bid and is not bound to accept the lowest bid; if no communication within 90 working days after closing, bid is deemed unsuccessful.
