Overview

RFP to appoint a service provider to provide Internet lines and voice solution services for 36 months. NFVF seeks bids from ICT providers with proven enterprise Internet connectivity and hosted voice capabilities, able to integrate with a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment, provide redundancy, security, and ongoing support. Eligible bidders should hold an ICASA licence, be able to supply references, and meet CSD, Tax Clearance, and B-BBEE requirements. Requirements

• ICASA licence applicable to electronic/voice communications.
• Tax clearance: original certificate; complete TCC 001; valid for 1 year; joint ventures need certificates for each party.
• CSD registration: proof of CSD; tax status verified; for JV, each party provides proof.
• Completed mandatory forms: SBD 1, SBD 2, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1, SBD 8, SBD 9.
• Certified copies of company registrations (CM1/CK1), change of name (CM9), current address (CM22), directors (CM29/CK2).
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; for JVs, consolidate accordingly.
• References from clients for similar enterprise Internet/voice projects; CVs for key personnel (project leader).
• Eligibility to bind and assemble documentation; documents must be current (within 6 months) and properly bound.

  • Original ICASA licence and CSD registration proof.
  • Tax Clearance Certificate (original).
  • Certified copies of company registration documents and B-BBEE certificate.
  • CVs for project leadership and client reference letters.
