RFQ 1073/2026: Request for Quotation: Teamviewer Premium License Renewal SoftwareClosed

Overview

Procurement of TeamViewer Premium License Renewal software licenses and related maintenance/support. The Open RFQ is targeted at IT/software licensing providers capable of supplying TeamViewer Premium licenses, with Parliament applying an 80/20 preference point system (price 80; HDI/RDP goals 20) and a CSD/tax compliance framework. The product includes 15 user licenses, 1 concurrent connection, managed devices, TeamViewer Intelligence, Google Meet integration, phone support, and related features.

Requirements

• 80/20 preference points with HDI and RDP goals as per Parliament policy; required supporting documents for claimed points.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Quote must be emailed to avokwana@parliament.gov.za (and inquiries to the same address).
• Submit declaration of interest and current references for similar work.
• Provide valid tax PIN and relevant documents for HDI/RDP goals; company on letterhead with VAT number.
• Complete RFQ fully; declaration of interest must be signed and stamped by a Commissioner of Oaths and returned with the quotation.
• Parliament may request additional pricing information; contract award is not guaranteed and is subject to SCM policy.
• Prohibited connections with Parliament members/staff and related conflicts of interest.
• Failure to submit all required documents may lead to disqualification.
