Overview

Parliament seeks to procure an integrated audio-visual upgrade for Committee Room S26, including supply, installation, integration, programming, commissioning and ongoing support of an integrated AV and digital conferencing system. Bidders should be AV equipment suppliers and system integrators with capability to deliver hardware (projection, microphones, speakers, control panels, recording) and related cabling, power protection and software, plus installation and after-sales support. Requirements

• Completion and submission of: Declaration of Interest, Supplier Information Form, and Proposed Pricing Schedule; VAT number displayed on company letterhead
• HDI and RDP goals documentation as specified (Black/Women/PWD/SMME/Youth) with required supporting documents
• Compliance with Parliament’s policies, including anti-collusive tendering, conflicts of interest, and sourcing from Parliament’s criteria
• Additional pricing information may be requested for evaluation
