Overview

RFQ 1106/2026 seeks to procure office stationery and related supplies for Parliament of South Africa. Suppliers with capacity to provide a wide range of stationery (papers, writing instruments, notebooks, etc.) and who are registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and able to comply with Parliament’s procurement policies should bid.

Requirements

• CSD registration and compliance with Parliament’s procurement policies (declaration of interest, tax PIN, HDI/RDP preference points)
• Valid tax PIN and supporting documents for HDI/RDP points
• VAT registration number to appear on quotes
• Completed Supplier Information Form (CSD, tax PIN expiry, banking details)
• Quotes on company letterhead; no use of Parliament logo; no conflicts of interest; anti-collusive tendering
• Detailed pricing schedule and evidence of HDI goals as applicable
• Parliament reserves rights to re-appoint/extend, not award, or select on non-lowest-bid basis
