• Not necessarily the lowest quote; market-related prices may be negotiated.
• Prohibition of collusive tendering; Parliament may request additional pricing information for comparison.
• Declaration of interest and related forms have a 3-month validity window unless details change.
• Parliament may disqualify non-compliant submissions.
