Provision of road sign refurbishment at King Phalo Airport (road furniture refurbishment). Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading 3CE or higher
• Compliance with CIDB, tax and registration requirements (tax PIN, SARS TCS, CSD if no PIN; separate TCS for JV/consortia)
• Submit on official bid forms and include proof of authority to sign
• Attend non‑compulsory site briefing and be listed on the attendance sheet
• Prequalification/evaluation criteria include CIDB eligibility, accept ACSA terms, compulsory briefing attendance, signed Form of Offer, and a functionality/price/preference evaluation path (minimum 60/100 for functionality; 80/20 or 90/10 price/preference depending on value). References required for functionality (2–5 letters; more than 5 = 100).

How to Apply
