Overview

Provision for transportation services: supply and operation of a 65-seat bus to transport UFH students from East London Campus to Alice Campus and back for a Career Indaba. Requirements

• Bus/vehicle: one 65-seater, clean, well-maintained, in good working condition, with a valid roadworthy certificate and applicable passenger transport permits.
• Personnel: suitably qualified driver available for the full duration, punctual and professional.
• Compliance: vehicle and operator must meet all safety and regulatory requirements for passenger transport.
• Registrations: bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on UFH’s supplier database; provide tax clearance certificate.
• Documentation: complete and submit SBD forms and pricing declarations as specified in the RFQ documents.
• Service details: provide final pick-up point, timing, and ensure service is available for the scheduled window on 6 October 2026.
