RFQ 202127: SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS

Overview

The RFQ seeks the support and maintenance of the SABS e-Commerce platform (Adobe Commerce) for three months, including the COC and A-Lab applications, with hosting, patch management, backups and a migration component. Suitable bidders are IT services providers with Adobe Commerce accreditation, experience in hosting and uptime management, and proven capability to perform application migration (4 servers), configuration, testing, and post-implementation support; must be able to sign a non-disclosure agreement and comply with SABS procurement terms.

Requirements

• Valid Adobe Commerce partner accreditation with proof from the OEM.
• Minimum of three contactable reference letters for Adobe Commerce support/maintenance.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report; tax compliance (SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status) and CSD number if no TCS PIN; if in a consortium, separate TCS/CSD for each party.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim specific goals.
• SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) forms; Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Evidence of hosting/patch management and backup capability; detailed migration plan for Standard Sales, COC and A-Lab apps.
• Validity period of bids (120 days) and adherence to SABS terms.
