RFQ 24: Suppply building material for women supportClosed

Overview

RFQ 24 seeks to procure the supply of building materials and labour for Moretele Local Municipality's women’s support projects, open to South African-based suppliers meeting SCM eligibility (prequalification, registration, tax clearance, BBBEE where applicable, and compliance with laws). The scope covers materials and related labour (e.g., welded mesh, fencing, posts, cement, paints, sand, gates) for civil/construction works and associated fabrication activities.

Requirements

• Only registered South African suppliers may bid; bidders must meet SCM eligibility (prequalification, registration, tax, BBBEE where applicable, compliance with laws).
• Mandatory documentation and compliance as per RFQ: signed RFQ, Pricing/Quotation schedule, MBD forms (at least MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8) and accompanying declarations; proof of tax compliance; CSD reference; CIDB registration if applicable; BBBEE certificate (SANAS) where relevant; company profile.
• Provide details for financial and registration checks (VAT registration, banking details, etc.) as part of the submission.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 29 September 2026 at 10:00.
• Submission mode: sealed envelope submitted to Moretele Local Municipality bid box at 4065 B, Mathibestad (RFQ documentation must reflect the RFQ number and description).
• Documents to submit: signed RFQ document, Pricing/Quotation schedule, all relevant MBD forms and declarations, Tax Compliance Status, CSD number, CIDB number if applicable; BBBEE documentation if claiming preferences.
• Pre-qualifications/registrations required: Tax clearance, CSD, CIDB (where applicable), BBBEE status; compliance with national/local laws.
