Overview

Procurement of a professionally accredited Business Coaching Programme (ICF/ACSTH Level 1) to develop coaching competencies for individuals and organisations, delivered face-to-face in Gauteng over at least 3 months. Bidders should be able to demonstrate ICF accreditation, ACSTH hours, and capacity to deliver a fully compliant programme (with catering, venue, and assessments) within the Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment framework.

Requirements

• The programme must be approved and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ACSTH, Level 1; submit accreditation certificates (ICF/ACSTH) and achieve 15 CDP points. (Annexure A; RFQ docs) (RFQ Business Coaching Programme_ (002).pdf)

• Evaluation uses 80/20 preferential points (price vs. specific goals); up to 20 points for specific goals (ownership by Black people, Women, or people with disabilities).
