RFQ 570/2026: Request for Quotation: TrainingClosed

Overview

The Parliament of South Africa seeks quotations for in-house training to obtain the Amended Senior Certificate for 29 employees, delivered on-site at the Parliamentary precinct over two years. Providers must have an NQF 6 diploma and SACE registration, with at least 5 years’ experience across the six subjects, and capacity to run the programme on-site (Mondays and Fridays, 09:00–13:00) for about 8 hours per week over two years (July 2026–June 2028).

Requirements

• Trainer qualifications: NQF level 6 diploma and SACE registration
• 5+ years experience in facilitating/tutoring all six subjects
• Learning methodology including learner orientation, monitoring/evaluation, and exam registration assistance
• Submit CVs/qualifications for trainers, samples of training material, and at least 2 reference letters
• Compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, valid tax PIN, declaration of interest, VAT registration; ability to provide pricing schedule
