Requirements

• Company profile showing experience in Human Capital advisory, HR compliance, organisational development, recruitment or talent management implementation
• Methodology to integrate prior learning and capacity to acquire competence, plus a project plan
• CVs of two key consultants (minimum) assigned to the project
• At least 10 years’ experience in organisational development, talent management (incl. acquisition), employment equity, HR policy, labour law
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Behavioural Science or relevant
• At least two contactable references for similar work in the last five years
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and current tax pin; VAT details
• complete the declaration of interest; submit with quotation; provide valid supporting documents for HDI/RDP goal claims
• Quotes must be on company letterhead with VAT registration; pricing schedule to be provided; evaluation follows 80/20 price/HDI-RDP criteria
• Parliament reserves rights on award and to request additional pricing information; no contracts with disqualifying conflicts
