Overview

RFQ for the supply, delivery and installation of timber roof trusses, roof structure, bracing and 0.5 mm IBR roof covering at the Pump House. Open to suitably qualified roofing/building contractors with CIDB 1GB+ and relevant timber roofing experience (including installation of IBR roof sheeting).

Requirements

• CIDB minimum 1GB (or higher).
• Must register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide tax compliance (TCS/PIN) evidence; if in a joint venture, each party must provide separate proof.
• Provide proof of municipal rates or local residence to claim locality points; attach required municipal documentation.
• Complete and sign all mandatory forms (MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 9) and submit with pricing schedule (MBD 3.1).
• Attend compulsory briefing: 22 September 2026 at 10:00, Lephalale Civic Centre (Lapa); non-attendance may render bid non-responsive.
• Deliver all items within five working days after order; pricing must be firm as per the Pricing Schedule; payment 30 days after invoice.
• Adhere to broader SCM, GCC, and statutory requirements (e.g., PFMA, B-BBEE, OH&S).
