Overview

Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of one cold room at Warburg, Landmark-Swayimane High School. Bidders should be suppliers/installers of cold-room/refrigeration systems with electrical/mechanical installation capability, and BBBEE-compliant in line with UKZN policy.

Requirements

• Electronic submission only; no hard copies.
• RFQ documents available 17 September 2026 to 23 September 2026; request via caes-proc@ukzn.ac.za within that window (English documents).
• Include RFQ number and project name, company name, closing date/time in submission; submit to caes-proc@ukzn.ac.za (subject line must reflect RFQ/Project).
• BBBEE compliance as per UKZN procurement policy; price/BBBEE weighting 80/20.
• Closing date/time: 28 September 2026 at 12:00 (per RFQ advertisement); no late quotes accepted; compulsory returnables as specified in the RFQ document.
• If no communication within 60 working days after closing, submission deemed unsuccessful.

How to Apply

• Request RFQ documents between 17 Sept 2026 09:00 and 23 Sept 2026 15:30 (document window; see attached RFQ ad).
• Obtain and complete the RFQ returnables as specified in the RFQ document (no hard copies).
• Submit electronic bid to caes-proc@ukzn.ac.za with RFQ number and project name in the subject line, including all returnables.
• Ensure submission reflects the RFQ number, project name, and closing details.
