Overview

RFQ CHS 22/26: Décor and Catering for Oath Taking Ceremony, College of Health Sciences (University of KwaZulu-Natal). The scope covers event décor and catering services; suitable for decor and hospitality catering providers with experience in formal university ceremonies. The bid uses a Price & BBBEE evaluation (80/20).

Requirements

• BBBEE considerations apply per UKZN policy.
• Bid documents are issued electronically in English; request between 09:00 on 26 Oct 2026 and 16:00 on 28 Oct 2026 (see (ADVERT RFQ CHS 22 26.pdf)).
• Submissions must be electronic to chsprocurement@ukzn.ac.za; include Bid Number and project name in the subject line; no hard copies; late bids rejected.
• Bids must clearly reflect Bid Number, project name, company name, closing date/time (02 Nov 2026 12:00).
