Overview

The University of KwaZulu-Natal invites bids for the supply and delivery of a five-seater vehicle. Bidders should be motor-vehicle suppliers capable of providing a new five-seat passenger vehicle to UKZN, with BBBEE (price and BBBEE 80/20) compliance, and able to submit electronically. Document availability runs 01–05 Oct 2026; closing is 09 Oct 2026 at 12:00; electronic submissions only (no hard copies).

Requirements

• Compulsory bid returnables and English bid documents; requests for documents via email within the window (09:00 01 Oct 2026 to 16:00 05 Oct 2026) to Nirashni Ramouthar (Chsprocurement@ukzn.ac.za).
• Bids submitted electronically to Chsprocurement@ukzn.ac.za; include Bid Number and project name in the subject line.
• No hard copies, no facsimiles, no late bids. Document availability as per the advertised window.
• BBBEE 80/20 weighting; price and BBBEE compliance apply.
