Overview

The University of KwaZulu-Natal seeks bids to supply and deliver AV equipment for the Edgewood Campus staff meeting venue. The supplier should have demonstrable AV experience, be an authorized OEM distributor for the brands offered, and be able to deliver, install, and support the equipment on site at Edgewood.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in AV supply, delivery, installation and on-site support (KwaZulu-Natal preferred) with three reference letters for similar projects within the past 3 years.
• Valid registration with the relevant authority; certified entity/ownership documents; proof of OEM distributorship for the offered equipment.
• Tax compliance: valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN and authority for UKZN to verify with SARS.
• Complete mandatory bid documents: Form of Offer, Pricing Schedule, declarations (interests, SCM practices, independent bid determination, correctness of bid), and signatory authority.
• Compliance with UKZN procurement policy and provision of all required returnables and attachments (as per the bid checklist in the RFQ).
