Overview

RFQ for the design, artwork development, printing, and delivery of SANCB business cards. South African Tourism’s SANCB invites a service provider with branding/design and printing capabilities to design 2–3 concepts, develop print-ready artwork, print 2,500 cards (500 per 5 staff), and deliver to SANCB offices. Bidders should have design/printing experience, QR code/digital vCard functionality, and provide print samples before mass production. Bidders must be tax compliant, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and comply with SAT terms (including foreign supplier provisions). Proposals must be submitted electronically to quotes@southafrica.net by the closing date.

Requirements

• Tax compliance and SARS PIN; possible Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and CSD registration; provide TCS/CSD details as applicable
• Conformance to the Scope of Work and terms; supply at least 2 relevant reference letters from the past five years
• Complete all mandatory annexures (SBD4, Annexures A–G) and provide pricing aligned with the scope
• Demonstrate capacity for design concepts (2–3), QR code/digital vCard integration, proofs/samples, and delivery of final cards as specified
• Adhere to delivery/production specs (90x50mm, 330gsm+, gloss, CMYK, double-sided, rounded corners, QR code required) and deliver 2,500 cards
• Submit returnable documents and comply with 80/20 (price vs specific goals) preference framework; bid validity of 45 days; POPIA compliance noted
