Overview

RFQ: appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of laboratory equipment to Lephalale Local Municipality. Bidders should be suppliers of laboratory equipment and consumables capable of delivering the items listed (volumetric flasks, syringes, glassware, reagents, etc.) to the Sanitation Division, with firm pricing, timely delivery, and compliance with local supplier rules.

Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide tax compliance status or SARS PIN.
• Complete and submit official bid forms (MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) and the Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1).
• Provide proof of CSD registration and municipal rates/tax clearance not older than 3 months for locality claims.
• Brand names must be specified in Annexure G; delivery is ex-stock with a maximum 5 working days after order.
• If bidding as a joint venture, attach a signed JV agreement and separate TCS/CSD proof for each party.
• BIDs must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Lephalale bid box; late bids will not be considered.
• Comply with PPPFA 2022, GCC, and other applicable legislation; CIDB grading is listed as N/A.
• Briefing session: N/A; samples may be requested where applicable.

• Submit by the closing date: 25 September 2026; closing time 12:00 (submission deadline per metadata: 25 Sept 2026 10:00).
