Overview

The RFQ seeks a service provider to facilitate COIDA compliance, submission of the Annual Return of Earnings, and issuance of a Letter of Good Standing. Bidders should have COIDA/compliance and payroll/regulatory experience applicable to municipal clients, plus accreditation and references for similar work.

Requirements

• CIBA accreditation and Certificates of Competency/Accreditation
• Minimum of three reference letters from different clients for similar services
• Valid Tax Clearance, CK company registration, and CSD compliance
• Letter of Good Standing issued on completion; COIDA-related qualifications/compliance
• If part of a joint venture, each party must provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD proof
• Pricing on the firm price schedule; submit required MBD forms and Annexure G (as applicable) and proof of locality for preference points
