Overview

Provision of two mobile chemical flush toilets with hand wash basins for 11 months to Lephalale Local Municipality. Suitable bidders are service providers in outsourced cleaning/portable sanitation with capacity to service twice weekly and to meet CSD and tax-compliance requirements, local-rate proofs for locality preference, and GCC/PPP regulations.

Requirements

• CSD registration with mandatory information (business details, directors, identity, tax status, banking).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS TCS/PIN (or be able to obtain via e-filing); separate TCS for each JV/consortium member.
• Copies of company registration and Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable); attach CSD proof.
• Locality points require proof of municipal rates payments or approved residence proof not older than 3 months.
• Brand names must be specified in Annexure “G” (Pricing Schedule).
• Complete and submit required forms: MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 and the pricing schedule; comply with GCC and PPP Regulations.
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state.
• Technical specs confirm: foot pump water supply; two mobile toilets with hand wash basins; serviced twice per week; 120 L waste capacity; 75 L hand wash basin; one toilet roll per toilet per service; delivery terms (ex-stock up to 5 working days).
• Payments: 30 days after receipt of invoice.

• Submission: deliver a sealed bid to the Lephalale Bid Box (Cnr Joe Slovo/Douwater street Lephalale 0557); bid box generally open 24/7.
• Documents to submit: official bid forms (MBD family), pricing schedule, CSD proof, municipal rates/residency proofs, company registration, and JV details if applicable (reference price annexed as Annexure G).
• Pre-qualifications: CSD, Tax PIN/TCS; local municipality proofs; any JV requires separate proof per party.
