Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with proof
• VAT status or tax clearance, and pricing inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 submitted with proposal; Annexure A included
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise development research, informal economy studies, MSME policy analysis; provide case studies and signed reference letters
• Minimum four-person project team (Lead Researcher, Data Analyst/Statistician, Financial/Business Analyst, Fieldwork Manager) with CVs
• Detailed methodology and project plan aligned to Terms of Reference, including sampling, data collection tools, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, ethics, risk management, and an explicit skills-transfer plan
• Compliance with DSBD general conditions of contract and submission on the required documents
