Overview

RFQ to obtain independent advisory claims management services to assess LBIC's current claims environment and design a future-state operating model. Bidders should have insurance/claims management expertise, FSCA regulatory familiarity, and experience in motor, non-motor, and agricultural/commercial insurance within South Africa. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in insurance claims management and advisory assignments (motor and non-motor), with evidence of relevant projects and at least 2–3 client testimonials.
• Professional Indemnity and Fidelity Insurance of not less than R1 million, with full policy schedule.
• Tax compliance provisions: SARS TCS PIN or equivalent Tax Compliance Status, plus CSD registration if no TCS PIN.
• Ability to complete and submit the pricing schedule; provide a comprehensive company profile and project team details (lead/advisory).
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SANAS-rated or equivalent compliance as required.
• Confidentiality obligations and ability to sign a confidentiality agreement; compliance with POPI where applicable.
