Overview

This RFQ seeks a supplier to provide branded clothing with embroidery and full-logo branding for the Land Bank. The scope covers shirts, golf shirts, jackets, executive jackets, hats and beanies, with specific color/branding requirements and Royalty-free logo application. Suitable bidders are clothing manufacturers, apparel distributors, and branding/embroidery specialists with SARS, CSD, and BBBEE compliance capabilities.

Requirements

• Complete the pricing schedule and submit on official forms.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; if applicable, CSD registration and tax clearance.
• Submit mandatory forms: SBD 4 (disclosure), SBD 6.1 (BBBEE/preference), and complete the SBD 1 Invitation to Bid; where applicable, SBD 7 contract signing.
• BBBEE requirements: provide BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; meet specific-goals points (e.g., at least 51% black-owned, with 51% black ownership by women).
• Vendor pre-qualification: compliance with CSD, evidence of SARS good standing, confidentiality agreement, and disclosure of any conflicts of interest.
• Evaluation includes due diligence on risk, financial health, past performance, and compliance checks (FICA/POPI considerations).
