Requirements

• SANAS-accredited calibration capability; valid calibration certificate for lifting machinery (LME).
• Complete pricing and delivery schedules; attach BOQ/Pricing Schedule.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN; CSD registration number; COIDA good standing; sign all RFQ documents.
• If a JV/consortium, provide separate TCS/CSD for each party; ensure validity period of 90 working days.
• Returnable documents must be complete; non-submission results in disqualification.
• Adhere to PRASA General Conditions of Purchase and 80/20 PPPFA points framework (specific goals: Black Youth owned and Black Women owned, with supporting evidence).
