Overview

RFQ for CompTIA PenTest+ COMPLETE BUNDLE with Retake for One CCMA Official. The CCMA seeks an accredited training provider to deliver a two-day, facilitator-led online PenTest+ V3 bundle (with Retake) to one CCMA employee via MS Teams. Submissions must be a fixed total amount including taxes and valid for 90 days. Submissions are to be emailed to RFQ5@CCMA.org.za by 14:00 on 16 October 2026.

Requirements

• Valid accreditation to facilitate trainings (SET A/QCTO/CHE).
• Proof of authorised CompTIA PenTest+ V3 Complete Bundle with Retake channel or written confirmation that it will be procured through an authorised CompTIA channel.
• Bidders must be registered on CSD prior to submitting quotations.
• Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Proven track record: written confirmations/comments from other organisations.
• Short resumes demonstrating personnel cybersecurity qualifications.
• Detailed course outline mapped to CompTIA PenTest+ V3 objectives, including learning methodology, assessments, and post-workshop plan.
• Two-day facilitator-led online workshop via MS Teams; high-quality materials; learner support and certificates (attendance within 30 days; summative certificate after assessment).
• Detailed project plan, risk outline with mitigations; quotations valid 90 days.

Evaluation: Stage 1 mandatory, Stage 2 functionality (min 70/100), Stage 3 price and specific goals (80/20 PPPFA). Specific goals include ownership-based preferences (BO, WO, YO, PWD) with supporting documentation.

• Documentation to attach: SBD forms (SBD4, SBD6.1 as applicable), proof of ownership (founding docs, IDs), tax clearance, CSD registration, accreditation proofs, CompTIA partner status, course outline, facilitator CV, reference letters, attendance registers.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD, Seta/QCTO/CHE accreditation, valid tax clearance, CompTIA channel status.
