Overview

RFQ for Implementation of Executive Development and Coaching Programme for the CCMA Director. Requirements

• Proven track record delivering executive coaching; short resumes for all personnel; 10–15 years’ senior coaching experience;
• Minimum qualifications for coaches: postgraduate qualifications and accreditation with a recognized body;
• Provider must have valid SETA/QCTO/CHE accreditation to facilitate training;
• Deliverables include inception report, coaching plan, coaching sessions (approx. 2 per month for 12 months), progress reports, attendance records, and final recommendations; confidentiality and a defined reporting line;
• RFQ evaluates on: Stage 1 mandatory requirements, Stage 2 functionality, Stage 3 price and specific goals (PPPFA 80/20); minimum functionality score 70/100;
• Specific goals credits (ownership, gender, youth, disability) apply;
